Dale DePue

Dale is a Physical Therapist, Certified Pilates Instructor and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) who strives to help clients enjoy life better by helping them decrease pain, improve movement efficiency, and learn about optimal activities and exercises to help them achieve their goals. She is passionate about educating patients about their bodies and how to optimize their lifestyle whether are a high-level athlete or simply want to increase their activity level.

As a multi-sport youth athlete, Dale was devastated when she broke her ankle early in high school. She rehabilitated and returned to sports but also realized she wanted a career combining her new interest in recovering from injuries and her passion for sports. Boston University kick-started that PT education journey, followed by years of experience, an MBA in Health Care Management and finally a Doctorate in PT at Arcadia University. Injury prevention became the next pursuit with training including Pilates and Strength and Conditioning certifications followed by teaching fitness classes. Even after over 25 years of experiences and training, Dale still thrives on learning new ways to evaluate and support her clients by staying current with exercise science and advanced therapy classes for all ages and populations. She integrates current literature and proven treatment methods to customize effective solutions for each individual client.

When Dale is not working at one of her multiple job locations doing what she loves, she is probably exercising with friends, walking her dog, with her husband watching her sons play lacrosse, traveling or simply on a beach somewhere enjoying the outdoors…but she is likely also listening to a podcast or class about exercising or PT because she can never know too much.
